These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases and use of our website www.nativesanctuary.com (the “Site”) and the products offered through it.
By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products and Descriptions

We take great care to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and information are accurate and up to date.
As our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

All products are intended for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (e.g. iDEAL, PayPal, credit/debit card). We never store your payment information.

4. Orders and Availability

All products are subject to availability.
If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you by email and issue a refund.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email when it has been shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.
Processing time: within 48 hours (excluding weekends)
Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 days
  • UK: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–20 days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Native Sanctuary is not responsible for delays due to customs, postal disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges upon arrival. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@nativesanctuary.com with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

7. Use of Products

All Native Sanctuary products are for external use only.
We are not responsible for reactions caused by allergies or sensitivities. Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchase.

If you are uncertain about a product’s suitability, consult your healthcare provider before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, product names, branding, and content on this Site are the property of Native Sanctuary and are protected under international copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

9. Liability

We do our utmost to ensure safe, high-quality products, but Native Sanctuary cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.
Our liability will never exceed the total purchase amount of the product in question.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the competent court in the district where Native Sanctuary is based.
